Bo Ssam is one of David Chang’s signature dishes. Basically Bo Ssam is a popular Korean dish familiarized here in Canada as Lettuce Wraps.

Typically it is boiled and sliced pork belly accompanied with an array of different lettuces, steamed rice, some sort of pickle such as kimchi, and a sauce, usually spicy, like ssam jang.

You build your own wrap so it’s totally interactive and it’s meant to be shared with family and friends at the table.

In honor of this dish, we are pleased to present our very own Filistix Bo Ssam Feast.

For this feast, we offer two choices of proteins:

one – slow roasted pork shoulder, or

two – crispy tamarind fried chicken.

Both come with a variety of lettuces (green leaf, butter, perilla), steamed jasmine rice, atchara pickles (daikon, jicama, carrot, red pepper), and a spicy chili paste called Sambal Bajak.The feast also comes with an onion broth on the side and chocolate brownie for dessert.

Deadline to order is Thursday, January 28 at 8pm.

Pick up time is between 4pm to 6pm on Saturday, January 30.
